Founded in 1993 by Neapolitan musicians dedicated to research in the field of early music, "Lemus Chamber" from the beginning has focused its work towards the rediscovery of new songs or lesser known composers of the Neapolitan seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, with designs based on the recovery of Baroque performance practice. The members of the ensemble was formed at the school of specialists in baroque and classical performance practice, and also work with major institutions and baroque ensembles.
