Sample Lease Letter To Landlord

Logical consequences (?)

It was predictable. At least if you believe in those. Yeah, I'm talking about what we have started well in 2008. Let me explain.
On January 7, was our anniversary. We decided to go out to dinner and we thought we opt for an ethnic restaurant or any foreigner. A few days before I did some research online and I found a Tex-Mex restaurant (our love) in fourth. Quarto dei Mille, from where he left Garibaldi. We scored address and phone number and we were pretty satisfied! To go from fourth to
Sampierdarena should take the train, it takes about twenty minutes but no more. We organized, we scored all times. On Monday afternoon
phone is open and we reserve for two. We leave at about 6:30, we're going to take the train, we arrive at the fourth. Strangely, a stroke of luck: I find a branch of my bank, I can finally pick up free for the first time since I am in Genoa. We continue by Fourth (not fantasy!), The restaurant should be at number 14 / a. Fourth Street along the sea and of course the house numbers are on the side of the sea, where there is a building every 2 km. Walking, we were so much in advance, we encounter a steak in Argentina, we have to try the we say. After twenty minutes of walking we reach the 14 / a. The Albikokka. What? But albikokka albikokka and we seek the Dixieland Cafe! Maybe I was wrong will be at 14 / b. If there is a 14 / a there will be a 14 / b. We continue our walk, in the meantime was turning into a marathon, but we see no 14 / b. We came up to fifth. There Fourth Street changes its name. Something is wrong. Call the restaurant (at 19:50, we had booked for 20) to ask for confirmation on the street. Talk Giuse. -Excuse me but that way you are? Via-Cell-But it is the Fourth? -No, Sampierdarena! What!? We had 20 minutes by train and three-quarters of an hour walk to go to a place in reality and in the street parallel to ours? Yes Merd .
Oh well, think positive. Cancel the booking, we turn the heel and there Argentina head for the steak. After all is not bad as a second choice. Another half hour of walking, this time at a quick pace, and we come to the steak. Closed. What a bore!
What do we do? We decide to go downtown and go to Nabil, the restaurant where we had already been Palestinian. The first train is 15 minutes later. We wait. We go down to the Aquarium, we are tired and hungry as we take the bus to arrive in Piazza De Ferrari, and we slipped into the alley. We arrive in front of Nabil. Or at least what remains of it. It was not enough that it was closed to further ruin the evening. No. It must have just dismantled. They took out the menu and the sign. Nabil no longer exists. Sgrunt!
morale was now on the ground and want to come back home was great, but hunger got the better.
We decided to try the pub / restaurant Britannia. The food is not great but at least the weather is nice. Open! Hallelujah!
After a "hearty" meal of sausage and potatoes and after drinking something, he finally returned home.
The next day, in the throes of utter boredom, I pick up the yellow pages and read all the addresses of restaurants in Genoa. Dixieland Cafe, Via Quarto 14 / a. Not true, there is Albikokka there! That have already closed?! But we have known who the fuck? The restaurant just below, Du Uang (I think) by way of the cell.
The question arises: is a jerk who copied it on the website or be balls that I've copied the wrong number? I do not seem to have read restaurant called Du Uang on the site, but I could be wrong.
fact is that if we go on like this the next thing I'm looking on the internet will be an organized trip to Lourdes. And
least finish in Nice.

War of attrition

Happy New Year!
How did your celebrations? My not so good. Otherwise, do not write, obv. The first part of the evening went pretty well. We ate a delicious meal prepared by myself and we left at about 22.30, with half of the Old Port. Mica for Nannini, mind you. We did a walk
in the middle-class port, where all the boats are moored sborone, fantasizing about what we bought. Soft light, warm breeze, sound of quiet in the background. There were Lady and the Tramp eating spaghetti with meatballs we would be in a cartoon. A fairy tale.
We decided then to head to the crowd. The've ever done. After a few seconds we found ourselves in the no man's land between the trenches. Bursts on the right, firing left, whistling rockets in every direction! I covered my ears and if I had a helmet I would have felt more at ease. There was a close one that throws me to the ground and crawl to the nearest bench. A delirium. We then
decided to throw in the middle of the crowd, firecrackers explode not there, we thought. We took refuge on the steps of the improvised ice rink, including old men, women and children. The safest place, no? No. It is not true. These idiots, with a capital C, you are made to blow up firecrackers (grenades, more than firecrackers) also in the crowd! Not to mention those crafty threw them at sea with the boat in a few tens of centimeters.
I've always been afraid of firecrackers, as a child I was traumatized by a smoke bomb that blew up near me (and for which I put all night). You can imagine my poor little heart was in that condition.
We moved. We went even closer to the stage. There, in theory, there should have been people who were interested in the concert. We were wrong, again. But the climate was much quieter. We waited
midnight there, leaning on the balustrade of the port, watching the moon's reflection in the water and dodging the sparks of a firecracker that sometimes we sped by.
Finally midnight arrived, announced by the announcer countdown (funny how a postal worker) and hailed by others and the noisiest, needless to say, firecrackers. All the nose al'insù, expect fireworks. The only thing that I like a heavy New Year. But nothing. Nothing. Nada. Rien. I miss a fountain. Apart from those of private citizens (preventable, definitely preventable) has not seen a small fire. That the City of Genoa has spent too much to organize the concert with the other and Nannini and it has not been a €? Probably. Personally I would have preferred the concert of Marco & Claudia (who always play the festivals of the country) and super fireworks display at midnight. De gustibus .
fact is that, a little disappointed at the lack of fireworks, we decided to head towards the center. We want a chocolate and there's only one place in Genoa, where they make chocolate. But do not tell you what you go there because otherwise you too and there is no place for us. Haha.
To go to the lanes we had two options: pass among people crowded in front of the giant screen or revise the No Man's Land. Obvious choice. I begin to slip like an eel among the people and advance slowly. At one point an explosion. Everything becomes black. Instinctively, I curl up and put his hands around his head. For a moment I felt lost. In the true sense of the word, I did not understand where I was. Then I made the local mind. I was in the middle of a square full of people and a tremendous dickhead has detonated a nuclear warhead. I have his face printed in the head. If I see him again in the narrow streets does not come out. At that moment I swore more than a mason Bergamo when he stumbles on the pier. I really thought he died of a heart attack.
Then we head to the Land of No one, who by now was filled with dead bodies (firecrackers exploded, broken bottles, paper and so on). We enter the narrow streets, very quiet, and we reach the Piazza de Ferrari, not at all peaceful. We go away in San Lorenzo, who at that moment it seems the training course for ambulance drivers, and we reach our beloved niche. Guess. It was closed! Who
luck new year .... not us.

PS: I also saw a horrifying scene: a child who has had seven years improvising a Molotov cocktail. And his mother was alone behind the glass door of the restaurant, looking at him.

The room had a discreet entrance, the sign that surmounts it was simple: written and colors to match with the wooden frame that stretched arc, hugging the gate marking the boundary between her yawning on the road, at every opening, and the wall that hid jealous the voices of customers.
